The incumbent will be responsible for driving end-to-end Human Resources operations and employee lifecycle management, including talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management support, and offboarding, while fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
He/she will be in charge of:
• Lead Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning by managing end-to-end recruitment, building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering exceptional candidate experience.
• Own the Employee Lifecycle from onboarding and confirmation to promotions, transfers, engagement, retention, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
• Drive HR Operations Excellence through effective management of payroll inputs, employee benefits, HR documentation, HRMS, and process improvements.
• Ensure Compliance & Employee Relations by managing statutory requirements, policy governance, employee grievances, workplace investigations, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Champion Employee Engagement, Performance & Development through engagement initiatives, performance management support, learning opportunities, wellness programs, and culture-building activities.
You have 8+ years of experience in HR Operations or Generalist role
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
Ability to manage multiple operational tasks with accuracy and timeliness
You have demonstrated:
• Strong stakeholder management and an employee-centric approach.
• Expertise in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, engagement, and offboarding.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills with attention to detail
• Ability to build trusted relationships and effectively partner with business leaders and employees.
