The Talent Acquisition & HR business partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in building a high performing workforce while ensuring strong people practices across the employee lifecycle. This role combines strategic talent acquisition, HR business partnering, employee relations, and administrative excellence.
The incumbent will work closely with leadership and employees to drive hiring outcomes, strengthen engagement, ensure policy compliance, and support a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
· Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding
· Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
· Build and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct sourcing
· Drive closure of positions within defined timelines while ensuring quality of hire
· Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
· Track and report key hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, pipeline health)
· Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring
2. HR Business Partnering (Support Role)
· Work closely with HR team and business leaders to support people-related initiatives
· Assist in performance management cycles, employee engagement activities, and feedback processes
· Provide inputs on workforce trends, attrition insights, and hiring challenges
· Drive engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and culture-building programs
3. HR Operations & Coordination
· Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation processes for new hires
· Coordinate with HR Ops teams for payroll inputs, employee records, and compliance documentation
· Maintain accurate recruitment and HR data (HRMIS, trackers, dashboards)
· Support audits, reporting, and HR process improvements
· 6–8 years of experience with strong focus on Talent Acquisition
· Full-time MBA in HR preferred
· Exposure to HRBP or HR Generalist responsibilities
· Proven experience in managing mid to senior-level hiring
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
· Good understanding of employee lifecycle, HR processes, and compliance basics
· Experience in fast-paced environments preferred
· A hardcore recruiter with exposure to HRBP activities who is looking to grow into a full-fledged HRBP role over time.
