Seek a highly motivated and strategic Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities with large enterprise clients. This role requires a strong background in consultative sales, strategic planning, and relationship management. You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint in key verticals and building long-term value through strong client partnerships.
• Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to target high-value prospects and decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Fortune 1000 and other large enterprise accounts and deliver 4X business pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CXO-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Track and report on KPIs, pipeline, and sales forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align offerings with market needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to enterprise clients. Adopt change in mindset on “value” vs “commodity” clients while keeping customer feedback in mind.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in similar industry, enterprise sales or strategic partnerships
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in complex, B2B sales environments.
• Good amount of knowledge about Loyalty Marketing, rewards management and Promotions, B2B Corporate Sales and concept & consultative selling
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and achieve stretch targets
• Ability to travel as required
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in similar industry (preferred), enterprise sales or B2B2C sales
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex, B2B sales environments.
• Strong knowledge about Loyalty Marketing, rewards management, promotions, B2B Corporate Sales and/or Employment Engagement
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and achieve stretch targets
• Preferred Skills:
• Ability to identify, segment and scale customer acquisition efforts
