Main Responsibilities:
Brand Acquisition & Partnerships
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with top retailers, e-commerce platforms, and consumer brands in India
• Build a robust gift card and voucher portfolio aligned with business objectives
• Develop strategic alliances that drive long-term value beyond transactional sourcing
Commercial Negotiations & Revenue Optimization
• Negotiate commercial terms—including discounts, commissions, margins, and exclusivity
• Drive cost optimization and margin expansion across the voucher catalogue
• Structure win-win partnerships with clear ROI for both partners and the business
Media Sales & Partner Monetization
• Pitch and sell media visibility opportunities (app placements, campaigns, featured listings, banner inventory, etc.)
• Design co-funded campaigns and promotions with partner brands
• Own revenue targets from media and partnerships
Account Management & Growth
• Act as the single point of contact for key accounts
• Build joint business plans with partners to drive growth, visibility, and engagement
• Monitor performance metrics (sales, redemption, campaign ROI) and optimize continuously
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams for seamless execution
• Ensure alignment on campaign rollouts, catalogue updates, pricing, and reconciliation
• Support integration with aggregators or direct partnerships when required
Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Track competition, pricing trends, and emerging brands
• Identify gaps in the catalogue and propose new partnerships
• Provide insights for category expansion and sourcing strategy
Requirements:
• Proven success in prospecting and closing new business
• Around 8–10 years of experience in Key Account Management and Brand Alliances with retailers and e-commerce brands
• Exposure to gift cards, fintech, loyalty/rewards, or e-commerce ecosystems is highly preferred
• Proven experience in commercial negotiations and revenue ownership
• Knowledge of media sales and monetization is an added advantage
